What are Design Sprints?

– A Design Sprint is a unique five day process for validating ideas and solving big challenges through prototyping and testing ideas with customers.

In five days, the Design Sprint will help you to:

1. Understand: Map out the problem and pick an important area to focus.

2. Ideate: Sketch out competing solutions on paper.

3. Decide: Make decisions and turn your ideas into a testable hypothesis.

4. Prototype: Hack together a realistic prototype.

5. Test: Get feedback from real live users.

What type of Back-end technologies do we use?

– Python: Django, Flask, PHP: Laravel, Node js.

– Relational and Non-relational databases, AWS.

What are the 5 stages of design thinking?

1. Empathise: gaining an empathic understanding of the problem you are trying to solve.

2. Define: This is where you will analyse your observations and synthesise them in order to define the core problems that you and your team have identified up to this point.

3. Ideate: “thinking outside the box” to identify new solutions to the problem statement you’ve created, and you can start to look for alternative ways of viewing the problem.

4. Prototype: In this stage we produce a number number of inexpensive, scaled down versions of the product or specific features found within the product, so they can investigate the problem solutions generated in the previous stage.

5. Test: Designers or evaluators rigorously test the complete product using the best solutions identified during the prototyping phase. This is the final stage of the 5 stage-model, but in an iterative process, the results generated during the testing phase are often used to redefine one or more problems and inform the understanding of the users, the conditions of use, how people think, behave, and feel, and to empathise.

What type of front-end technologies do we use?

HTML5, Css3, Sass, Less, Tailwind css, Bootstrap, Materialize CSS, Jquery, Javascript, React, Angular, Vue.

What is the difference between Agile and Scrum?

1. Agile is a continuous iteration of development and testing in the software development process whereas Scrum is an Agile process to focus on delivering the business value in the shortest time.

2. Agile methodology delivers the software on a regular basis for feedback while Scrum delivers the software after each sprint.

3. In the Agile process, leadership plays a vital role; on the other hand, Scrum fosters a self-organizing, cross-functional team.
